  Lindsey and the crew were gracious too me when I visited this location! First I called two different times both times Lindsey was very warm , kind, and knowledgeable over the phone. Even more pleasant in person , everyone was really nice. A customer was in front having an awful day Lindsey went above and beyond to help this customer was crying. The price was not horrible they did not attempt to talk me into getting a million dollars worth of work. They had some recommendations and walked me through what that looked like. For my money I will absolutely come back and recommend. Thanks guys for the great help!!!😊

  I came into Mavis Discount Tire for a vehicle inspection and had a really great experience. The team took their time going over my car and explained everything that needed attention clearly and professionally. I originally called thinking there would be a charge, so finding out the inspection was complimentary was definitely a plus. Lindsay and Donnie were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle and answered all of my questions without rushing me. I truly appreciate the honesty and customer service. I’ll definitely be getting some of the recommended work done soon. Thank you to the Mavis team!

  Devon was wonderful from start to finish. Also, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle was great and even went and got my charger out May car for me lol. I did have a little longer wait then expected but they was waiting on a part. Otherwise, overall very pleasant experience! Will definitely be coming back for future vehicle needs!

  Marvin Tire came through when it mattered most. During the crazy snow storm, Lindsey and Richie took care of me immediately. They were professional, efficient, and had me in and out within 10 minutes. In conditions where most places are overwhelmed, they stayed calm and delivered real service. Highly recommend Marvin Tire if you want fast, reliable help when you need it most.

  I have been coming to this location since they opened for car, inspections and tire issues. Things have been great until this year. I had my car inspected on February 1, while I was waiting, I was called and told that my car was not due for inspection. When I questioned that I was told they were calling about the wrong car. I then had by far the most expensive repair bill I have ever had during an inspection. These repairs may have been warranted, but considering the confusion about which car they were even working on, I am slightly skeptical. I was then called a few days later by this location and told that the incorrect tires were placed on my car and asked if I could come back to fix their mistake. I came back the next Sunday morning when they opened and after waiting an hour when I was told my car would be fixed right away I was then told that the tires were fine and they had no idea why they called me to come back into the shop. I would never recommend coming to this location for any car repairs.
