One tire was a warranty replacement but the other was a cracked rim/wheel. They were very friendly, ultra cooperative as I called many times for information so I could order the correct one & get it shipped there. I had a Mavis oil change coupon and even though they didn't carry bulk oil for the standard oil change, they worked it out for me. They were up front and honest.

Even though Mavis doesn’t always have them in stock, they order them and have them delivered to the shop within an hour! Everywhere else I’ve gone makes me wait days. Mavis gets me in and out the same day and takes care of everything. Highly recommend them for their speed, service, and customer care!

I had my road side service fill my tire with air, as I was driving it was leaking out, I started to panic when I came across Mavis. They were closing and they were nice enough to stay open and fix my tire.I was so grateful for them to do this for me because I probably would of been in a intersection if I kept driving broken down with a flat tire.All three should be commended for caring and being so kind to me. The tow truck guy came and filled it with air but as we drove away, it started losing pressure again so I saw Mavis and there was cars in the parking lot and I thought oh my God we found a place to fix the tire!! But they were locked up. They were going home for the night. They reopen their store just for us to put a plug in My Friend’s tire. I’ll never forget how kind everybody was to my friend and myself Shout out to Whitney and Humza and DeVonn
- SBShannon BeattyNov 4, 20251.0I went in for a suspension and brake check. Instead of just following my request the technician took the entire car apart. The technician was trying to up sale me the entire time, wasting my time. This place doesn't have an adequate waiting area. They store tires in the waiting area giving off a horrible smell. The check out process takes way to long. I ended up being held up there for 2 hours and 30 minutes. This was by far the worst experience.
