I PREPAID. Made an appointment. Arrived early for my appointment. Now here’s where I get pissed. This incompetent individual at the front desk went over EVERYTHING. My tire size, how I prepaid, what service I’m due to receive, my address etc. So how do you get my vehicle on the lift, pull my tires off my vehicle and almost 2 hours of me sitting around, then say oh we don’t have those tires in stock and they won’t be here until tomorrow. Like huh? Who’s ruining this circus. Because I can understand that the online system not being updated, but once I got into the store and confirmed my order, why ever would I be sitting around for almost 2 hours if you don’t have the item in stock. Stock selection should have been the first line of business. Then this incompetent individual tried to argue with me about why he was right, even stating he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with these issues. All while not being able to cancel the charge or issue me a refund. Now I have to call my bank to dispute the charge and still have to find another place to fix my tires. What a waste of time. Never again!
