(Fastest way to get out) Overall friendly staff who are very helpful are there 24/7 and will point you in the right direction. đź‘Ť

We got out to see our car was blocked in by a car parked illegally (not a spot!) so our option was either sit and wait for the owners to return to the car (could’ve been all night) or maneuver our car within INCHES of walls and other cars to squeeze through another way out. Horrible, horrible parking lot. Tight spaces to begin with and apparently oversell so people are forced to make their own spots.

I have a new VW Atlas so it’s quite big so I chose to back in with PLENTY OF ROOM for other cars to get by. Called the facility manager and he told me there isn’t really anything he can do because it is “SELF PARK.” I don’t know how that makes any sense since the incident occurred on their property. The attendant on duty stated that he physically couldn’t give me any camera footage of the evening because he “doesn’t have the passwords” which is total BS. Called the police to file a report but they never showed up. DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PARK IN THIS GARAGE!
