- AUAnonymous UsersSep 28, 20253.0It is pretty expensive to park in here if you’re going to come here without a prior reservation – I paid about $16 for 24 hours of parking here via SpotHero It seemed like it was a safe place to park my car, but 3 stars instead of 5 because it would have been helpful if it had clearer signs of where the unreserved parking started – it looked like it started at P3 since P3 had some spots that didn’t have the reserved sign above it, so I had parked my car in one of those spots It would also be nice if you could go in and out multiple times during your parking reservation, even if you don’t have a monthly parking pass Overall, it seemed like a parking garage I would consider in the future if I were in the area again

Reason for writing this review is Mildred, the security personnel at the lobby. Our car battery was dead and we were stuck in the lot for over 30 mins waiting for RSA. Mildred was really helpful to us all throughout and even offered to find a jumper cable for us while we were waiting. Thanks Mildred.
