The kiosk asked for a ticket upon leaving , which I had to check off “lost ticket” and was charged $40.00 . Called the number listed on this google site and it goes straight to vm. I come down all the time and will not use this lot again. Called the number below left by the company. No return call.

When we go to leave about 2 hours later, a ticket is requested but we never received a ticket! We had to pay $40 just to get out of the lot. This is outrageous and deserve a refund!
