Mechanics have a bad reputation with the truth as it is. Came for an oil change and was there over an hour when there was only 1 car ahead of me.

- JSJay SquareNov 2, 20251.0ATTENTION: Do not go to this location if you are not black. They gave their people priority. They told me to move and let a black guy go first. I was there for an oil change. They charged me $118 for 3.8 quart of full synthetic oil. They were over charged. Top off coolant, they charged me $11.80. I thought it would be free. Just for a little bit of coolant. You can buy a whole gallon of coolant for $20. My car was not leaking oil and after they did. Engine oil is now leaking. Of course, they wouldn’t admit their fault. There’s no way I would go back there for them to fix. It’s not worth the time. They might screw up more. So whoever read this. Do not go there. Furthermore, Whoever owns that shop should investigate all the bad reviews. They don’t just made up stories. This is a true story.

On the good side, manager Michael did really nice things to make up for the long wait and running out of signature service oil- . Including jumping my car when I left the lights on waiting in the long line. Consumer alert- some jiffy lines don’t actually carry ‘regular oil’ anymore- including Flourtiwn, my ‘usual’ place of service
