Melvin was very informative and thorough every step of the way while completing my inspection. There's a nice, cozy atmosphere in the waiting room as well. A previous customer had left their hydroflask water bottle and Michael called them and offered to hold it for them until they could come get it. That's a level of exemplary customer service that I have not seen at any other mechanic. Highly recommend this location if you're looking to get your state inspection done!
