They had a bay open at the time of my arrival and before I even stepped out of my car, a very nice gentleman (I wish I had asked his name to mention it here) was there to greet me. During the service, they took the time to look over several things on my vehicle with me, providing me with helpful information without trying to pitch additional services & charges making me feel very informed and comfortable and no pressure! They reviewed the service and price with me item by item which I also appreciated. I had never been to a Jiffy Lube or any instant oil change company before today... and I very well may be a repeat customer after today!
