- ERE RW3 days ago1.0Lead James E. R, is not welcoming at all!!!!! His attitude and demeanor is the reason I will not be using the Cottman location as long as he is there. I’ve been visiting this location since 2023 for oil changes, and every time I see him when I pull up I literally want to put my car in reverse! He gets irritated when you ask questions, and please don’t present any coupons or promotions, he will not be happy with you! They almost force you to get the highest oil change close to $90 and will get upset if you present a simple $15 coupon. I found a $53 oil change service on the website and never knew that option was available! You have to ask them to put air in your tires and complete the entire service that comes with an oil change!!! Black Friday offered free wiper blades with any oil change over $50 and he lied saying they didn’t have any. I had to call corporate just to get some blades that they are promoting in my email!!! They lost a loyal customer today!!! I’m driving to the NJ location just because of this experience and it’s not the first time! I’m just fed up with his attitude! Poor customer service skills!!! Shoutout to RON he was very patient and professional with me! He quickly put my blades on although James lied and said they didn’t have them, he filled my tires and assisted me with the purchase! Thank you Ron!!!
