  I arrived needing an oil change and inspection. Was told that they were out of conventional oil. Like most people, I am short on time so I agreed to the increased cost. After inspection I was told that I needed front brakes. Hesitant to spend more money I agreed to replace the front breaks. Asked and was told multiple times that it would cost $280 for the brakes. Agreed to price. Told to come back in one hour to pick up car. When away from store I received a phone call that with tax the brakes would cost $301. Quoted multiple times that total price would be $301 brakes, $93 oil, and $87 for inspection. Return to store 1.5 hours later and car is still on lift with tires off. After being ignored by employees for 25 mins, the original employee who quoted me pulls up with brake parts.. I patiently wait 25 more minutes for install.. during cash out at register, there is an additional $160 “labor cost” that was never mentioned. I asked about Price multiple times and was lead to believe that the price was inclusive. I say this because I literally asked multiple times if this was the TOTAL price. I was quoted was final price with taxes and fees, only to be scammed by an additional $160 labor cost.. after asking about why this was never mentioned the 4 or 5 other times I inquired about price I was told that “ the price is the price”. Reviewed this same location previously. I mentioned how they “offer” additional services etc.. I see why now, cause they sneak you on the price

  Meer has a great staff and very professional. Did my synthetic oil change. And they now are back doing safety inspections.

  Hymir was amazing ! Greeted me promptly!! When it was time to explain what my car needed, he took his time explaining everything. He was also very patient in answering all my questions. I would return to this location because of his professionalism. However, there was another man present who, I believe, was the manager. I found it extremely unprofessional that he had customers waiting for their cars, and instead of jumping in to help his team, he was standing in front of the customers texting on his phone.

  If I could give them no stars I would. If you want further damage to your vehicle this is the place for you. My son unfortunately came to this place to get work done because it’s his first vehicle and he didn’t know any better. He got a new battery and alternator. After getting both, his car kept cutting off and not coming back on, he had to spend tons of money getting tow trucks to give him a car jump or tow services. He finally went to the dealership where they told him the battery cables were too loose. I called them personally after he got the battery and asked them to check to make sure the battery was secured, they told him it was. Well it wasn’t and my son ended up getting in an accident because his car shut off while driving and he ended up damaging the front of his car. These “mechanics” are amateurs and if I were y’all I would think twice before allowing them to service your vehicles. Also, stop letting them ask yall to give them good ratings, doing so makes them look good while costing people thousands of dollars because they have no idea what they’re doing. Rate them based on truth and not because they asked for a 5 star rating.
