I'm not sure if I didn't receive all of the services because I used a coupon or what the reason was. They usually vacuum my floors, give a quick wipe to the windshield and sometimes the dash, add wiper fluid if needed and add air to my tires. None of this was done this time which makes me wonder which of the other services were skipped that are typically provided during the Signature Service Oil Change. I understand that my car is old and a little beat up but I think I deserve the same service as anyone else. Sorry Jiffy, I might go back to Mavis
