Kevin explained the process of using the IID throughly and helped me with any questions and forewarned me of eating habits (breads high in Yeast) that may give the system false positive readings on the device, which occurred during my initial training on the device because I had a breakfast sandwich which was on a Brioche Bun (high Yeast content) that caused an immediate lockout of services as I was being trained on using the breathalyzer.
