  5 stars for the guys at Goodyear on Oregon ave. I get my fleet vehicle from my company serviced here, also my personal vehicle and they do a great job with both every time I drop my car off for service.

  I brought a Will and another package from another Good Year but this one is closer one time I went they couldn’t do it because they said my inner out of tire rod needed to be replaced. I told him that I will get it done at the dealership and the representative told me that Just because I get it from the dealership doesn’t mean that it won’t be an aftermarket part. The next time I went, he told me that my battery was bad but every time I get in my car, my battery starts so I went to AutoZone and got the battery tested. They said it was fine. The third time he told me that my wheel alignment package was expired. I got too many realignments and the figure 3 year times spare and it’s only two months left And so I called the Goodyear where I brought the wheel line of package and they told me to bring it there, and they will Take care of it. It was a young lady working there before at the front counter who was excellent but A customer service rep at the counter now is always telling me something is wrong with my car. I get my car maintenance at the dealership every oil change and whatever recommendations they tell me I get the only reason I took my car to Good Year is because that’s the brand that came with the car when I brought it I will continue to get Goodyear tires But I will never go to this Good Year on Oregon Avenue again because it’s always something. So when you go there, buy your beware

  I’ve been coming to this Goodyear for about 5 years now and I just wanted to say the most recent management have been the best so far. I never have and issue when I come here. They do a good job with communication and quality work. Some stuff can be a bit pricey but like I said, you get quality work when everything is done.

  Came in 2 hours before closing and they got me in and out with 4 new tires. Excellent quick service.

  Went here following a flat tire, had my car dropped off by the tow truck. There was no drop box so I had to come back the next day to give them the keys. After about an hour thwy had the new tire on, when I got in the car the tire pressure hadn't been reset and my headlight and blinker on the side the tire was on were both not working.
