  Disappointing Experience with Enterprise Car Rental I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Enterprise Car Rental. Despite having a reservation, I waited over an hour to pick up my car. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the process was slow and inefficient. The waiting area was uncomfortable, and there was no clear communication about the delay. When I finally received my car, it wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and there were some scratches on the exterior. The lack of organization and poor time management were evident. With such a long wait, I expected some form of apology or compensation, but that wasn't offered. I would caution others to be prepared for long wait times and potential issues with their vehicle. Enterprise Car Rental's poor service and lack of attention to detail fell short of my expectations. To improve, Enterprise should focus on streamlining their process, providing better communication, and ensuring their vehicles are clean and well-maintained. Until then, I would advise customers to plan for extra time and be prepared for potential issues.

  Robin and team are the most polite, friendly and professional customer service crew I have encountered in a long time. [I myself have been in customer service for over 40 yrs]. They kept me informed every step of the way during the registration process. I was offered a few SUV, I asked if I could have a sedan instead, the reply was sure no problem! Then I was offered my pick of a few sedans. Before going to get my car, my rep said something like -I think ithe car may not have been cleaned, if you don’t mind I give it a once over, if I’m not right while Iback I’m cleaning it. 15 min. He was back with a freshly vacuumed shinny clean car. I arrive at a somewhat busy time. 4or 5 other customers were in and out while I was there, Each one of us received the same top notch service. . Loved my experience with this branch for the 2 nd time!!!

  Poor experience. Sudden $25 PER DAY!! to add a second driver. I booked a compact fuel efficient gcar - they o ly have an SUV. So who pays for all that gas? Now waiting for a sedan...

  Big shout out to DJ who saved our hides last night! He had already closed, and we had just arrived from airport, not realizing we made Alamo reservation at wrong location. Alamo had long since closed. DJ was so kind to stay and get us into the rental car so we could get to our family in Delaware. He demonstrated the height of customer service and is so polite and helpful. The car is great and we couldn’t be more thankful!
