  I will admit I have not been a big enterprise fan because of past experiences. However, from the start when I called them to schedule to be picked up from Modern Collision, Jordan has been excellent. Let’s talk about top notch customer service. Not to say everyone wasn’t cordial and professional, but Jordan demonstrated patience and exceptional customer service to everyone who came in on that extremely busy Monday. I also was contacted by Simone to update my contract and had a pleasant experience. Next time I need a rental, I know exactly where I’m going. Thank you enterprise team for your courtesy and professionalism!

  I gave a 3 stars because of lack of information given at the time of rental. The rental was more than what the insurance company covered and that was not mentioned until the vehicle was brought back, by phone the next day. Bad business. 👎 Other than that, everything else was fine.

  They made it easy for me to rent a car. Pick up service from Calibur Collision and was able to leave the car at Calibur once my car was done. Very convenient service

  I loved how flexible this enterprise was. They picked me up at the car shop and once I was done with the rental I was able to drop it off at the same car shop.
