When I arrived, another customer came in with no reservation and was given a vehicle while I waited for them to “find a car to suit me.” Then I was told I would be driven to the north Broad St location - 25 minutes away - to pickup my vehicle (I was driven in yet another rental vehicle that was free at the location where there was no vehicle available for me). This delay added over an hour to my pickup time, delaying my travel plans and taking away time that was planned to spend with family for the holidays. Enterprise seems to place profit over customer satisfaction, and treat people like objects of profit rather than human beings for whom their business practices have real life consequences.
