    Paid a Certain price left the vehicle at full tank as when picked up but still got additional charges for fuel... 😤 When vehicle was dropped off and checked in even washed they assured everything was good but still additional charges hit my Credit card when called they reviewed my account and stated they would reverse any additional charges and still nothing, Very upset

    This was my first time renting a car. The process was smooth and easy to navigate. My only problem was the website doesn't tell you there is a $400 charge plus cost of the rental and insurance. This charge comes off as long as you bring the car back the same way you received it. The front desk staff ( Ky and Derrick) were friendly and patient
