I received a call the day before I was set to pick to confirm the reservation and while on the phone I asked the representative was it okay if I used two cards (a credit card for the hold amount and a debit to pay for the balance due) I was told yes. When I went to pick up the car, this representative a guy told me I was unable to do that mind you I was set to leave in the next hr. The whole time Iām asking why not, he is trying to up-sale and get me to get collision/insurance which i purchased through a 3rd party which I explained twice already. I then left because I am not going back and forth with anyone that wants my money for a service. I am writing this review because a previous trip I took last month my sister was able to split the hold and the payment due with enterprise in warrington. I know I was being given the run around. I will stick to where we went before.
