  The reserved car was not held, there was a delay and finally they took me to another enterprise to get me the car.

  I rented a car from Enterprise for 5 days, and they overcharged me for 3 extra days. When I rented the car, I asked the rental agent if returning the car to the repair shop and the rental company was the same. They said it was the same. However, they ended up charging me for 3 extra days. So don't trust them; always ask for proof when returning the car.

  Disappointed in the communication with this Enterprise. I was first told on the phone by a gentleman that they had a smaller car and I was quoted a reasonable price. Once I got there, the young woman said they only had an SUV for me and the price was more than I expected. Definitely not the original quote. My rental also smelled like weed and cigarettes when I got in but I had no choice but to drive it since that’s all they had. I will say, the woman who assisted me was very nice and personable. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars.

  Not a great experience, ended up leaving without a car. I made a reservation two weeks before my trip. I received a call the day before I was set to pick to confirm the reservation and while on the phone I asked the representative was it okay if I used two cards (a credit card for the hold amount and a debit to pay for the balance due) I was told yes. When I went to pick up the car, this representative a guy told me I was unable to do that mind you I was set to leave in the next hr. The whole time I’m asking why not, he is trying to up-sale and get me to get collision/insurance which i purchased through a 3rd party which I explained twice already. I then left because I am not going back and forth with anyone that wants my money for a service. I am writing this review because a previous trip I took last month my sister was able to split the hold and the payment due with enterprise in warrington. I know I was being given the run around. I will stick to where we went before.
