  Watch out for this location they deceptively charge you more than they say you will be charged. I had a reservation they gave my reserved suv to someone else who just walked in while I was waiting they knew I had a reservation and rented the suv to someone who did not have a reservation then they gave me a larger vehicle than I was supposed to be getting and charged my car additional above the $50 deposit that was supposed to be the only charge I was supposed be charged since my insurance was paying for the rental they were also supposed to call me when they got another vehicle in but never bothered to call. In the waiting area it was total chaos making it take much longer than necessary it took 45 minutes for me to get waited on then got stuck with a vehicle I wasn't supposed to get. I spoke to a woman there and she told me they decided to only charge for what the insurance company was paying then went and made an unauthorized charge of $75.83 which is illegal as i said not to charge anything else to my card and they went and did it anyway. I will dispute that charge as unauthorized. I had used two other Enterprise rental agents and had to be given something more expensive because they didn't have the vehicle I was supposed to get and they never charged me anything more. I will never go back to this location on Bustleton Ave by Red Lion rd. They lie and lie and don't go by good business practices. I will bash this location all over social media as they deserve.

  I had no problem renting a car, the man was nice and explained everything very clearly. I've been calling the last three days to ask a question and no one answered the phone. Called multiple times each day and let the phone ring until it hung up automatically. I don't understand why no one answered when the website says that that location is open.

  Nora & Shannon were very helpful throughout the process. Was given a Nissan Altima, things didn’t feel right with the vehicle, was able to take it back and get something else. Was given a Chevy Malibu in place of the Nissan. Car was great, ran smooth. Very easy transition. Very thankful for the young ladies who helped my from when I first got there, till the time I brought the car back!!! When I need to rent a vehicle………Enterprise!!!
