    I've had an issue with the customer service at first. When I asked to speak with the manager Rhonda, she was a pro. She was patient and kind, she was understanding asto what I felt was poor choices from the people that answered the phone. Kudos to you Rhonda and thank you for your help.

    Seamless pain-free experience. The employee met me at Caliber Collision and was super nice and professional. (Wish I remembered her name. She was really pretty) Hopefully the next time we meet, it won't be due to me needing a rental for a car accident. 😊
