Pick up was quick, despite them being busy. The woman who helped me check in and get my car was super sweet. Everyone at the office seemed cool. My car was in good condition minus some prior scrapes which we reviewed at pick-up. I really put some miles on it for a road trip for my dog who was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer and to see family. No complaints! I am renting from them again this weekend. Safe to say I am going to be a lifelong Enterprise customer and big part of that is due to my first experience being a good one.
