Enterprise used to be very good but not anymore. They’ve joined a list of long businesses that scam their customers. Rented a car to go see my family during Thanksgiving and the prices were jacked up. When did this start happening ? Told me it was because it was holiday time. Extended the rental and the jacked up prices were attached to the extended days. They decided to take an even $20 off. Going home to do the math to see how much these extra holiday rates actually were. From now on I’ll take the airplane.$1200 to rent a 22k vehicle for 8 days . Never again.
Update ; before getting home i immediately noticed i was charged 33.99 daily for the damage waiver . The website clearly stated 28.99 . Branch guy that overcharged me sent me to 1-800 customer service. Customer service agent was rude and lamely hung up. Someone eventually called back to refund the overcharge. Why’d it happen in the first place? Scammers

Enterprise has the best Customer service representative. I had the best experience this weekend with Ken in Philly. My SUV was ready for Pickup, and clean. He was supper Friendly. Definitely going back to rent again. Thanks Enterprise

So far my experience has been great. They picked me up from the shop. Careful smooth drive! It was busy at the location (ofc we are in the wonderful city of phila) but the woman here got me out safely in my rental car. Will update!
