    Reserved a truck in advance because I needed a truck and then, the ole bait and switch to a mini van. I am not sure what the price differential is but several phone calls to multiple places with no results or call backs. Once I had the vehicle enterprise didn't care. I was led to believe that they would make it correct. No results. Next time I will walk away from the counter.

    Picked car up at airport. Representative walked me to car, handed me the keys and walked away. Never did a walk around inspection. Never showed me how to adjust seats. Car reeked of pot smoke so bad I opened the trunk to see if there were drugs in there! Returned Car to different location. That Representative didn't care about the pot smoke. Worst experience ever!

    First let me say, personnel I encountered were outstanding. Courteous and helpful as always. Now for the vehicle….there were 3 parties looking for a car in ne row. There were maybe 7 to 8 cars. I chose a Nissan Rogue and it was a very basic model. NO FRILLS. Disappointing. Windows were filthy on the inside as the outside, needed to be vacuumed and car had an odor as well. Overall a let down performance from Enterprise that is usually top notch….. Not sure if I would use them in the future….

    Called in to get a rental to pick up in one location and drop off in another. I clearly explained what was needed. Turned out they set up the reservation as a round trip return at the same location. The location at the airport couldn't help me. Said I had to call the 800 number. Called the 800 number and got the one way rental but they said the destination location didn't have Sunday drop off, nor a key drop box, and I would have to return the car before they closed at 5 on Saturday. That Saturday I called to verify the drop off address and was told they closed at 1. Not 5. In less than an hour. Grabbed a family member and drove over quick to drop off the car before they closed. When I got there I was told they had a key drop and I could drop the car off on Sunday. What a disorganized mess. Not the kind of service I've come to expect from Enterprise. Very frustrating.

    Rented a Jeep Wagoneer for 10 days for wedding event, as we needed a big vehicle for transporting wedding supplies and 'the bride'. I arrived at their PHL airport location after an early Sun AM flight & was greeted pleasantly, referred quickly to the attendant who helped me choose from a selection of the bigger SUVs that I had requested. Everyone one of their team was dressed and easily identified as an ENT employee. They were friendly & super helpful. Although my vehicle was not filled with gas at the start of the rental, they acknowledged it said I therefore did not have to return with a full tank, even though I did (and they refunded for that difference). Upon return, again employees greeted me quickly, I got right on their airport shuttle - it was all seamless. I WILL rent with Enterprise again!
