    Check in / check out very quick and professional. Car was good for value. Only complaint, there was no fluid in the windsheild wipers. Hard to see out when it has been raining/snowing and the windshield gets dirtu following cars and trucks.

    Excellent experience; professional in every aspect. The young lady that checked me in on Jan 6th at Philadelphia International Airport was absolutely marvelous. She made the difference for me. The car was great, however, I prefer a key Fob with an automatic start with all the snow that fell in NJ while I was there.

    Another great experience with Enterprise! I did all the check-in online, walked off the shuttle, found the lot employee. She checked my info and walked me to the row to choose from. The Elantra I chose was in good shape, clean, etc. Return process was equally as easy. If you're considering who to use, use Enterprise and make it so!

    I use Enterprise everywhere I travel. Their members' reward program is great, and I utilize their services for work and pleasure. The airports always have the best selection of vehicles. Be sure to touch base directly with the local offices, as they can get overbooked (not their fault; internet program allows it).

    My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Rob when we returned our rental car. He was very curteous and helpful getting our car checked back in. He also offered to help us unload the car. He asked us our preference regarding a receipt. He provided superb customer service, please recognize him for a job well done! We also had the pleasure of Marcus shuttling us back to the terminal. He too was great, helped us immensely with several bags, one of which was very heavy. More great customer service...thank you Enterprise!
