  Horrible experience and will not rent from this location again. Staff member who assisted me was beyond rude. Overcharged me by giving me a compact suv when I paid for a full size. When I brought this up, she said it was too cold outside to go back out for another key. Asked if the car had automatic cruise control since I would be driving it 1600 miles across the country and her response was “how the hell would I know that”. Car overheated and I ended up needing to switch it out at a different location, thankfully they were more helpful there. Will never go to the Philly location again.

  The car I rented had heavy smell of weed and front wind Shield had mark, I had hard time driving! I rented the car from Philadelphia airport! Customer service wasn’t that bad! I also reported this when dropping off the car!

  It was harsh weather we experienced on our trip back East, late last year. It’s important to have the right vehicle that’s equipped for such conditions and having the rental company that can deliver when you need it most is the key! The staff never gave up on us. Knowing that we were from outta town they located the best option.Time and time again they’ve proven to be top notch, not only a great company but a quality one as well! When I think of rental car, I think Enterprise!!

  The actual rental was OK. Making the reservation also worked. But checking in (online) early was a nightmare. Not only did I have an issue entering my payment information (the app kept saying that the credit card company was declining payment, even though I had the credit card company on the line and they said they were not receiving any requests), but the customer service representative was unhelpful, rude and hung up on me! Very much against the brand-- and something I never expected. Really makes me wonder what would happen if I ever had a serious issue and needed help from their call center.

  Getting the vehicle was simple and easy. The van was NOT CLEAN. We needed 7 seats and the middle seat we were not able to use because there was no leg room. We had a premium expedition which looks nice on the outside, but the inside is small. We were also charged for gas when we filled it up where we lived, but needed to get to the airport to return the vehicle. There's no gas station close to the airport together gas. This is the first time I was disappointed with a vehicle I rented. I will stick with a Suburban when going on long trips. PLEASE VACUUM YOUR VEHICLES FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER!!!
