- TTTrapsterOct 23, 20251.0Went in for a courtesy diag, got told i needed inner and outer tie rod end for the front driver and passenger side of my vehicle and new rear coil springs. Quoted over $1400+ for everything. Without the springs its close to $500 for inner and outer tie rod. Thats basic general maintenance on cars. They tried getting parts from dealership they said autozone didnt have it but i checked my closest autozone and they had the tie rods. So idk if they lied or didnt check right, but still there pricing is crazy to be honest. Update: one of the employees didnt like my review apparently and just called me to "talk" about it. Um excuse me i believe reviews are freedom of speech what insaid wasnt fabricated. Thats very unprofessional to call my phone when your shop is closed to talk about my review. Dont come for me i didnt send for you.
