I came in to return a battery jumper after 7 days because I changed my mind and decided to buy jumper cables instead. The cashier was rude and tried to find any reason to cancel my return, even though the item was still within the allowed period. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the situation unnecessarily difficult. After I asked for the manager, the return was approved immediately and I received my refund without any issue. I hope this matter is addressed so customers are treated with respect and fairness. Thank you.
- ABAghiles BoudjemaJan 29, 20261.0they don't even deserve 1 star it's trash, the manager neither kindness nor politeness... yesterday I bought the front and rear windshield wipers for my 2015 Toyota highlander xle V6, I installed the front wipers and work well but it wasn't the case with the rear one it's not the same as my car so I just changed it and I just tried to install it I couldn't, I asked for help for the manager, he refused me he says it's cold outside 🥶🥶 you don't deserve to be manager no smile no kindness to people oh my god🫩🫩🫩🫩 avoid this store guys
