I came to the store with the official AutoZone online return barcode clearly showing the transaction details. The store manager refused to process the return and demanded a paper receipt, even though the return barcode was valid and provided by AutoZone. I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner and was insulted during the interaction. I was denied a legitimate return and treated very unprofessionally. This is not acceptable customer service, especially for a large national company.
