I went in to the location at Bustleton and Red Lion and from the gate everyone was so helpful. The employees offered to install the battery for me but I declined because I know how and have done it many times before. When I went to remove the terminals they had rusted completely off. I went back into the store and showed them what had happened and they helped me get the right parts to fix it and even helped me get it done so I could get home without a tow truck. I'm so glad I walked into that particular store. I'm not sure anyone would have been as helpful as these guys were. Restored my faith In humanity! Thank you so much!
