I had a great experience at AutoZone - Cottman Ave & Roosevelt Blvd. Alan C helped me right away and provided excellent customer service. He showed me exactly which headlights were right for my 2018 Dodge Charger and even installed them for me on the spot. I didn’t have to wait long at all. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his help. Definitely 5-star service! Great customer service like that makes all the difference!

Llegue en la noche a este autozone con problemas con mi llave del carro, la batería estaba fallando, me dirigí hacia donde uno de los chicos a explicar mi situación, me atendió

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alan at AutoZone. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely ready to help. As a manager, you can tell he leads by example. He was patient, respectful, and never made me feel rushed. Two much rude employees I don't no why I go over there two time same thing ... Management should take care ,
No longer I'm going to this store man I just scared.. I don't know why all all employees are so rude
I walked into this AutoZone and was shocked by what I heard. This manager, Allen white hispanic guy with a neck tattoo, was openly talking in front of customers about a rape accusation involving him and said he didn’t care. This was said casually, like it was normal conversation. He also talked about drugs while working.
This was beyond unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a public workplace and especially as a manger!. No customer should have to hear things like this just walking into a store. I felt uncomfortable and left immediately. Management seriously needs to address this. this guy should not be a leader.
