She looked up the ones I needed and helped me get the ones that would fit my car, at least I thought so. Unfortunately none of the ones I purchased fit the blades on my car. When making the purchase I signed up to have the receipt emailed to me, although I never received the receipt, just tons of promotional emails for various deals. When I went to return these blades and exchange them for the right ones they told me that I could not exchange them because I did not have a proper receipt. When I tried to ask them if they could look up my phone number to look up the receipt, they said it wasn't possible. The woman at the counter was very short with me and had no inclination to try to help me in the slightest possible way. I will never give this location my business again.

Stood at counter ready to make purchase but the woman working the register was more interested in printing flyers. Nobody acknowledged my intention to make a purchase so I just left and went to Pepboys.

Previous to him helping me I was waiting for one half hour. Altogether I was in the store for an hour.
