  Thee WORST store in Philadelphia area. Ran by a bunch of young guys who just graduated automotive school and don’t know what they’re doing. I ordered rear brakes and rotars for my 2020 gmc terrain $200 total and was given FRONT brakes and rotars. The next day I tried to exchange them and pay the difference and was then told I had do a refund AND wait 10 days for my refund to process to purchase the correct parts , even though it was an issue on their end. No apology for the inconvenience either. Will not be spending my money here ever again.

  My husband and I purchased a battery on 2/26/26 store #09305 and our salesperson was Jonathan Allen his service was a 10 front start to finish. It was such a pleasure working with him and to know there are kind, patient and knowledgeable individuals in the world that we are living in today. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and without hesitation. Thumbs up to this young man

  I maintain a fleet of trucks. When the store 1st opened, the staff was friendly and professional, much better than the Washington ln location. They recently moved an employee [Young lady] from the Washington ln location to this location and now the customer service is just as bad here too. The aforementioned employee [Young lady Afro American 30s-40s] has the WORST customer service and presences EVER. Very rude tone and very off putting. Please consider terminating this associate. I can't be the only one who has felt the effects of her poor customer service. If I knew her name I would post it will probably post it in a later review. Please protect the culture of your brand autozone!

  Had a dead battery, got a jump and drove it here. Staff tested our old battery and sold us a new battery, but shrugged and said despite the huge banners saying free install of new purchased battery, they wouldn't install the new battery because it was "in an inconvenient spot." It was not in an inconvenient spot. Drove home and my wife with no auto experience installed it in about 5 minutes. Went there expecting good service but sadly, felt like the staffmember couldn't be bothered to provide the most basic, promised service.
