He almost sent my husband all the way to New Jersey for an item that they had in the store. He claimed he spoke English, but when I tried to talk to him, he couldn’t answer any of my questions. Then he tried to talk to my husband in Spanish. I don’t care if he doesn’t speak English, but don’t lie about being able to and if you don’t understand what I’m saying, please refer me to someone who does. I think the process would have went a lot smoother if that cashier wasn’t faking it till he made it 🙄. Then, they didn’t include the box for the item because they said they needed it for the old part. I feel like they should have their own boxes for the old parts.
