    Francisco and Jessica helped me by driving to my vehicle which would not start, jumped the truck so it was able to be driven back to the shop to help in reinstalling a new battery. This was such a great experience not only due to the fantastic customer service but also the fantasia results. I can not be more grateful

    I have been searching for almost a year for a part for my antique car and couldn't find it as many times I went to AutoZone to check with different employees but today I walked into AutoZone just for oil and had the most amazing encounter with a great sales rep Name. (JOANNA) who really knew how to help a customer such as myself found a part that was hard to find .. thank you so much JOANNA for your amazing customer service experience

    Elvis says the day! Traveling from out of state and my battery was on last legs. I managed to get one more start and get to auto zone. Elvis was so chill got the plug in and tapped the battery and we found out it was done. We quickly found a nice upgrade new battery and he came out and helped install it. He even recycled my old battery and gave me some tips to better maintain the connections where I had corrosion. If you need anything auto related please stop by and ask for Elvis. Much appreciated
