  i had an issue with ma car and the only worker who stepped up to help me out to find what i needed was an employee named eric im not sure if i spelled it right but hes a great read shirt he also helped me install the part

  The employees at the AutoZone including the manager are some of the rudest people ever. They had an attitude with my daughter that was totally uncalled for especially when she was being friendly with them. The manager stepped in because the employee told him that my daughter said he should smile it could make your day a little brighter. The manager came with the same attitude and since this was the 2nd time she went to this particular AutoZone and experienced the same rudeness we will not be returning. I think that if you come to work with an attitude or if you have something negative going on in your life that working with the public should not be your job.

  They got the best customer service at this store especially the red shirt Eric and Kysir there great the store manager was wonderful too they were so helpful to me so detailed..

  I went in this morning and the manger they had in there today was WONDERFUL! There was also another employee there he was training and even though he was being trained, I still got my return done so quickly. They even helped me find the parts I needed at another auto zone. Such great customer service.

  I am a regular customer at this particular Autozone for several reasons... let me start by saying if I could give this place and the managers especially Dominick and Shaunta TEN STARS i most certainly would. I have been coming to this location for over 20 years and I have watched every transistion of management. Autozone you finally did it... you have acquired a solid, team well versed in the the available parts and products. I have witnessed the management skills of this team .... they have earned my respect. To see the younger generation of employees respect and respond to their management is a lost gem nowadays, however it is clear and present at this location. Im not saying there are no relax moments no, im not saying there's no room.of improvement we all must continue to grow in life and in any industry. What I AM SAYING THIS IS A WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOCUSED ON GETTING THE JOB DONE!!!! I also want to shout out the big Lil bro muslim bro ....I forgot his name always a solid guy, again knowledgeable of all products and parts..... You guys get ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Ten Stars from me....soon very soon I will be providing lunch for the crew!!! Keep up the great work!!! C. Reyes
