I don't think this is a mistake, I think it is systemic in this particular store, I had something similar happen a few years back, but I caught it before I left the store. 180 DUNCANNON AVE, ACROSS FROM OLNEY HS. DO BETTER.

They had an attitude with my daughter that was totally uncalled for especially when she was being friendly with them. The manager stepped in because the employee told him that my daughter said he should smile it could make your day a little brighter. The manager came with the same attitude and since this was the 2nd time she went to this particular AutoZone and experienced the same rudeness we will not be returning. I think that if you come to work with an attitude or if you have something negative going on in your life that working with the public should not be your job.
