Brought a set of hex keys that cost around $20 and ended up not needing them, so I went to return them and they told me they can't give me cash for two days now, they haven't had any ones or change in the store, and I walked 30 mins there and back for no reason, I'm still here waiting for them to get change so I can get my money back, asked the girl when they were getting change and she said she has no clue and that brinks wasn't coming smh.

The absolute worst! You can call them, if they pick up, they’ll say the item is there. You get to the store, “we don’t got it…” verbatim. Literally a store full of boxes with either the same item, like a corner store, or “we ain’t got it”.

Whoever this new manager is in the store he needs to be re educated on Professionalism and Customer Service Etiquette! EPIC FAIL!!
I go into the store this evening at 6:20pm and I have my key fob and I asking for a batter for the key fob. At this point the manager starts yelling “I AM NOT TOUCHING THAT! I AM NOT TOUCHING THAT.” Last time we touch that we had to be $750 because we broke the key fob !!! I am not touching that! We not allowed!
So i asked him if he can look it up and let me know the battery and i can replace it myself. He continues yelling ! Saying what he not doing all hood! So after a few minutes of him putting on a show I stop him. Like hey! Cut it! Is all this necessary! He says I am just being real and telling you like it is and you mad!
So i called someone to help me and as I am talking on the phone everything I am saying he going back and forth and I am on the phone! At some point he tells me to leave the store. I am not leaving no where . Nobody even talking to you at this point you ear hustling and it’s weird!
I was in the store 5 mins and for 5 mins everything I said on the phone he responding like I am talking to him.
I am explaining what occurred and why you can’t help me allegedly!
Now another customer comes in and he now is saying things to me ! 2 men in Auto zone auguring with a woman about key fob!
I AM WRITING A LETTER AND COMPLAINING. This is unacceptable! The verbiage you use on the street should be different than what is said while in a professional business!
I am not your homie I am a customer! If i was a white woman would you treat me this way?
Just saying
