  Got a battery here this morning. Leandro (I believe that was his name, the store manager of this location) was very helpful and efficient in changing my battery for me. They did not have the battery I came for but he helped me find the next best option. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel like just a transaction. I’ll definitely be back here and recommend this location to everyone. Thank you!

  The store manager was very helpful and courteous. He installed my windshield wipers quickly and I was on my way. I highly recommend this store

  I've never written an online review before, but I wanted to go out of my way to publicly commend the store manager Sydney for the service I received last week. Without me even asking, she walked outside in the freezing cold three times to help me replace a wiper blade--once to check if the first blade we found had the right attachment, a second time (with the correct blade) to attach it for me while her employee rang up my purchase, and a third time to watch me turn on the windshield wipers just to ensure that everything was working correctly. Honestly I wasn't expecting this level of customer service at a big chain store--I really appreciated it!

  I had to replace the rear wiper on my Honda CRV today, as the rubber came off it. I went into Auto Zone on Ridge Ave., near me. I tried to find what I needed and couldn’t figure it out. I asked one the gentleman behind the counter for help. He was friendly and helpful. Once I purchased the wiper I asked if someone could put it on. I was told the person going out the door would help me after he helped someone else. Lee put on the wiper and I asked him to check the other blades. Turns out they needed replacing too, which I was already thinking. Those wipers were then put on. When I tried to tip him, he told me he was the manager. Wow, this is what I call service. The store is clean and well stocked. I have been there several times before over the years and have always had the same outcome: product in hand and friendly staff. The manager’s name Lee. This trip was on 2/6/26 at about 2:45 pm. I definitely would recommend this Auto Zone.
