The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. A big shout-out to Maurice and Malac for being exceptionally helpful. They assisted me in selecting a new battery and ensured I got exactly what I needed. They faced a challenge when removing my old battery, but their persistence paid off. They worked hard and stayed with it even after I started to feel a bit discouraged. I offered to tip them because of their dedication and hard work, but Maurice politely declined. This kind of humility and focus on providing great service rather than personal gain is the hallmark of true customer service. Overall, a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for knowledgeable staff and reliable, friendly service, this Auto Zone is a great place to go.

Came in during the afternoon hours and had went to the self checkout area - thinking I’m not going to bother these folks. I bought a paint spray can, and needed authorization from the person across the counter who was sitting, Eddie. Upon letting him know, he put out a huge sigh - OK cool - I thanked him. Then, I tried to pay, and use my gift card. He said with an attitude, “you know you can’t use that, you know that.” I said, I’ve never used this before here, ever. Then he had to walk me to the register with another sigh. He told me I couldn’t put in my account number because I have to take that up with corporate in Tennessee. Again, just wanted to have a normal transaction - not be met with an attitude. I get it - you’re tired but I didn’t deserve that. Thanks Eddie.
