I always go to auto zone but this auto zone customer service was wonderful sometimes you don’t know what to expect walking into auto zone due to some poor customer service but this one the ASM Mr.Miguel was so hopeful helped me save money as well as going out to my car to do some of the work I really appreciate and his whole team I was greeted at the door and most importantly they fixed my problem with my car and I didn’t pay a dime instead of scamming me.

Great customer service Christopher P. Sales manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and competent in helping me with my automobile needs. Being a female I felt he gave me his knowledgeable and experienced expertise. I’m ecstatic to me a customer and will always come to this location. 5 stars!!!

Returned a battery that was under warranty and was still charged for the new battery that had to be ordered. Contacted customer service and was told regional manager would contact me. Still waiting for over a week
