  had a very bad experience at this AutoZone location. I went there simply to have my car scanned, which is a service they advertise as free. Instead of helping me professionally, the employee had a bad attitude from the beginning. When I asked for the scan, she acted annoyed and started pulling the scanner away aggressively, like she didn’t even want to assist. There was no reason for that behavior. I was calm and respectful, just asking for a basic service. Customer service should never feel hostile or uncomfortable like this. Very disappointed with how I was treated. I will think twice before coming back to this location.

  My husband and I stopped by the other night for a Car battery. I did not get the guy’s name but he was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He also heard me translate to my husband what he said and he actually knew Spanish and was able to communicate with him directly. He really helped us out. My husband always stops here after work often. I highly recommend this store. The store is very clean and well stock.

  Terrible customer service at AutoZone. Bought a small heat gun for wiring — it barely worked, so I came back to return it. The purchase was linked to my account via phone number (they asked for it at checkout), and the receipt was emailed to me. The young female employee at the counter had a visibly hostile attitude from the start. She claimed that returns “don’t work by phone number” and didn’t even try to help. Instead, she rolled her eyes, spoke rudely, walked away to another employee saying “go explain it to him yourself, I don’t want to deal with this.” When I found the receipt in my email and showed it, her behavior didn’t change at all — she continued snapping, yelling through her nose, and basically told me to get lost. I don’t know if she was having PMS or some personal issues that day, but if an employee can’t control their emotions and behave professionally, they shouldn’t be working with customers. Absolutely unacceptable service.

  Employees are unknowledable and the store managers attitude is absolutely disgusting. Advance auto is a mile down the road, worth the trip.
