- OGOctavia Gray-laneFeb 1, 20261.0Every time I visit this AutoZone location, I experience a problem. Yesterday, I came in to have my battery replaced. While the employee was working, a man who appeared to be a security guard or someone working outside began yelling, incorrectly claiming my Jeep was a Fiat, and told the employee to stop working on my car due to potential “lawsuits.” As a result, the service was stopped and I was told nothing could be done. I have had multiple batteries replaced at AutoZone over the past 8+ years without issue, but problems consistently occur at this location. The employees inside the store are generally polite. The ongoing issue is with individuals in the parking lot who interfere with customers, making the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I went to the AutoZone down the street and they replaced the battery with no issues.
