While the store is clean and shelves are faced this is a hood location and the employee's deal with all kinds of b.s. on the daily basis therefore the manager comes off with an sassy attitude. Once she realizes your decent she tones down but if you come in there hostile she gonna give you the same energy plus a lil more other than that they try their best to get you in and out of there. The parking lot is full of street mechanics so it always look like it's a lot going on just remember you in the middle of the hood u gotta have a lil flex. If you're the scary type this location not for you try visiting the AutoZone on Oregon Ave it's a lot laid back.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. They quickly helped me find the exact part I needed, explained the differences between options, and even made sure I understood how to install it properly. What stood out most was their patience and willingness to answer all my questions without rushing me. They even came outside to test my battery and made sure everything was working before I left. That level of care really shows they value their customers. We got a good battery!
