- SDSam DennisNov 1, 20255.0I wish I could give more stars!! This store has exemplary customer service. I came in with a battery more dead than I even thought was possible. I was avoiding going to my mechanic to save time and money. I walked in and explained the the employee Christian what I had going on. He did the usual check my VIN number and pulled a battery from stock. After struggling with shot bolts and terminals, he realized the battery the computer showed him wasnt the correct one. The managers, Gabby and Lily had to put their heads together as they didnt have the correct battery in stock, which was also double the price. They found the correct battery in another store, Lily traveled to get it and Gaby made sure I didnt just pay the difference, but gave me a break due to the inconvenience. We took a walk to get lunch, while they all made sure my car was treated right and well as us as customers. They had to replace the terminals as well and Christian stayed past his shift to finish the job. These guys know how to treat people. This store has a team worth keeping. I hope AutoZone knows they have an asset in this team! I wont go ANYWHERE else, only because of this awesome experience!
