  The process was seamless, fast, easy. No wait, no line. Loved the option to choose a vehicle from the options on the lot in the category I paid for. The staff were professional and helpful.

  They gave me a car with a key fob that the battery died two days into my rental. I couldn’t just easily replace the battery like with any other car (which I did) because then I was told the car had to be recalibrated with the key fob. What?! What kind of bull is that?! Then they made me have to come back to the Philadelphia airport by Uber… which was not my choice to get a new rental! Then they dispatched the wrong address where I was waiting. Which made me have to keep calling back and wait even longer. I had my elderly mother with me who I needed to get back home, which was an hour away from where we were at. This whole ordeal took about three hours and that’s not counting the extra hour after to drive my mother back home. This was a medical visit I was on and this is completely unacceptable. I wasn't even staying close to the airport and yet they still made me come and get a new one. Whereas they should have brought one to me ASAP. I’m still waiting to hear back from the company… Which I am expecting a refund. If the company handles this situation appropriately then I will delete this review and give them a second chance. Until then, if you want to put your hands into a company that doesn’t put your safety first, or do quality control on their devices, I don’t recommend Alamo. I should have stuck with Thrifty… who I’ve never had a problem with in the past.

  I generally have lackluster experiences with rental car companies, but what made this experience stand out are the employees. When we arrived with a baby and baby paraphernalia in tow (iykyk), there was an employee helping to grab luggage and get people inside, out of the cold. That was so helpful and appreciated during an especially cold week in Philly. We had the check engine light come on and were able to drop the car off and exchange with minimal fuss. At the final drop off, when "T" and Carl saw that we had a baby, they went above and beyond to help us, even dropping us off at the airport curb after we'd surrended the car. Amazing service and awesome employees, it made a world of difference and I'd like to give honor where honor is due. Thank you, Alamo employees!

  I was so nervous since I had never rented a car before but the staff were friendly and the car was super new and fancy compared to my old thing. What a pleasant experience! Can’t wait to rent a car again.

  Just a quick shuttle ride from the airport and everything went nice and smooth on my recent rental. Got off the shuttle bus and someone was there to greet me. Since I did the Express check-in all I had to do was go pick out the car in the row he told me I could choose from, couple of minutes to check out at the exit gate, and I was on my way. And when I returned the car it was also a quick process, and there was a shuttle bus waiting to take me back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this location if you're looking to rent the car
