We have our reservations but Alamo doesn’t allow us to pick up the car because we hold out of state driver license… this is my very first time to hear that out of state driver license cannot rent car… the front desk is very not supportive. She asked us to cancel the order and try to find new rental car by ourselves… so we spend additional $200 to rent car from SIXT immediately. Thanks to SIXT here.. we also spend another time and uber to airport car rental for another SIXT car. Our travel has huge delay. Again, negative 5 stars for Alamo is still too much for them
