She gets hostile with customers, then wants to complain about their rude behavior towards her. She is putting her employees at risk because she doesn’t know when to keep her mouth shut, and sometimes this woman talks to customers like she has bulletproof glass around her. But do be aware once you purchase an item and it does leave the store unopened or not used or not she will not return it!!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
