However, this time they said the tank was full, which by itself is fine. However, they mentioned they only take 2 quarts now. I will no longer frequent this establishment in the future as it is an unreasonable policy as most cars have 5-6 quarts of used oil.

Should've seen his face when he realized he was talking to me, standing right in front of him!
