We don’t do that — you gotta come in and get it.” That’s literally the service I selected and confirmed online. It’s frustrating when a store advertises a service but the staff refuses to honor it or even pretends not to know about it. I called corporate, and all they said was, “We’ll just let them know they’re supposed to do curbside.” No real accountability, no follow-up, no concern for the customer’s experience. Advance Auto Parts should do better — especially when it comes to customer service and training their employees properly. I won’t be returning to this location.
