- DRDon Rebhun3 days ago5.0I had purchased wiper blades for my car at another Advance Auto Parts store but I was unable to install them. They just would not fit. I called this store and Donny told me to come over and he would help me install them. I did that and Donny told me that my new wipers did not fit my car because the enclosed parts were not the correct ones. Donny then went into his own vehicle and had some other wipers that he took parts from. He then used those parts on my new wipers and got them to fit. He went above and beyond for a product that I did not even purchase from him. Thanks for you help.

I called in first , got a answer and wasn't put on hold( like the other store I used to frequent) Donni gave me my options, and then explained what I needed ( what most people don't, when I need to get parts/items and seem a little hesitant). He delayed his lunchtime so he could wait on me to come and assist me. My truck was left extremely dirty from the mechanics, and I was about to spend on items that I thought would work. Donni, not only did he tell me what he recommend he showed me on my truck. I had to leave and come back , once I returned unfortunately it was raining a bit and hailing. That didn't stop Donni for finishing what I needed done. Excellent customer service, He went above and beyond, Great attitude , Still while helping me ,he was making sure the other customers was ok. The other store I usually frequent, they have lost themselves a customer. 10/10 for Donni. Also Toni was willing to help and assist and the delivery guy(sorry don't know his name) was helpful with his opinions. Thank you guys for turning my car day around.
