  Five stars for this AutoZone! I came in completely lost as a first-time car buyer looking for accessories for my new Corolla, and Francesco (the manager) went above and beyond. He doesn't just do his job for the paycheck; he genuinely cares and has a passion for helping people understand what they are buying. The entire team here is great and very helpful, but definitely look for Francesco if you need expert advice!

  Got some inexperienced employees with attitude *been their twice last month and got the same experience…the thing is why are they hiring employees who don’t even know the positive and negative terminals in a battery. Listen Man, try to get some basic knowledge about cars before you start working in such places.get some hands on experience before u start working on cars 😖 ** plus they never process RETURNS and starts blaming your bank if you ain’t get the money back… TRUE SCAMMERS ALERT 🚨 *I wish I could have a manager and employees who encourage vaping when ur on clock with a bunch of customers waiting for their service… Employees on high with smokes n vapes…. I will prefer autozone on academy and frankford ave better than this location..more lawsuits way to go🙏📚

  I forget what his name was but he was soooo helpful you can clearly see he is tired and kept up with every single customer .. that’s hard work and that’s a raise right there ! Give that man a raise
