  For years rental car customer service was awful at the Philadelphia airport. So bad that we chose to use a limousine service instead. But on this past April trip there were enough employees on duty so that delays , hassles, and inconvenience were all minimal and we were stunned by the improvement from negative to positive.

  Had a great experience renting a car with Alamo. Did the online check in. Shuttle bus was convenient and comfortable. If you do online check in, it makes pickup super easy. Literally just show them your reservation, then hop in the car to the gate. Show the gate attendant your ID and drive off. The car itself was a Hyundai Kona. Very comfortable. We drive quite around and to Harrisburg and back.

  The staff were courteous and friendly and were quite efficient in getting us into the rental car quickly! We were impressed with the service overall. Furthermore, when we changed where we were going to drop off the car, the staff on the phone were very helpful and made it easy for us to make this change!

  I rented a car from Alamo at the Philadelphia airport. The entire experience was seamless. The shuttle from the airport to the rental facility was quick, the staff at the rental area were super friendly and helpful, and I was driving my rental out of the lot within two minutes. The Toyota I rented was almost new, very clean and mechanically sound. The return process was just as efficient as the pickup process. This was everything I could expect from a rental car company.

  Checkout experience was straightforward, the staff was helpful and nice. I was excited to rent a bmw, I’ve never driven one before and was happy that it was available. The car felt new, had about 6k miles on it and was a fun drive to/from AC. After getting to the clerk, it took no more than 5 minutes on a Saturday morning, and Sunday drop off was just as expedient. If I find myself here again, I would be happy to use Alamo again.
