  Monro auto service let me down. I brought tires to be mounted and balanced and I specifically offered to pay extra to ensure the older valves stems (Dually tires) were swapped out for new. I was convinced by the very respectful gentleman at the front. That new valves stems were included and there was no need to pay extra. Picked up the tires today, same valve stems….. and didn’t even have the courtesy to supply me with valve stem caps at the least…. Not what I expected for service

  I had a very disappointing experience with Monroe Auto service. Despite having an appointment at 9:30 AM, they didn't begin working on my car until 10:30 AM. To make matters worse, they broke my security lug nut key and then refused to take responsibility, leaving me to buy a replacement before they could proceed. And on that day all shops where I can buy security lug nut were close( Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience."

  I wished there was a way to select no or negative stars for this review. I took my Honda Civic to them to fix an issue with the car starting. They diagnosed and recommended that I replace the battery and the alternator. Day 2 and 3, no updates from the store. When I called them to check, I was told that its ready. I pick up the car in the evening and drove barely 5 miles before it stopped again. Day 4 I called customer service and they booked an emergency roadside assistance to tow the car back to the shop (towing charged to me) and an emergency towing service that arrived after 6 hours. Day 5 , again no updates. When I called I was told they didnt get a chance to look at it yet. Same again on Day 6. Day 7,, they finally called and said it was actually the starter that was problematic, and now I had to pay for the starter replacement as well. Overall, unprofessional customer service, technician lacking expertise in diagnosis, and unapologetic about their carelessness. Given what i had to pay in the entire episode, I feel cheated. Wont go back to this store ever again, and would recommend everyone to stay away, if.you dont want to get cheated.

  These guys have always treated my vehicles well. They installed one set of Tire Rack tires, and the process was seamless. I have also purchased tires from them and had them installed. Their prices were close to online, but they have great benefits if you buy through them. I highly recommend these guys!

  Appointments are totally worthless here. 11am state inspection and was told it’ll take a few hours before their inspector would get to it. No point in making an appointment. Just go to NTB down the road
