  Went there twice for a leaky tire. Showed them a photo of the spot where the leak is happening And did not address the leaky spot. Made an appointment at Midas to go get new tires. Made an appointment over the phone and when I went in The next day, the appointment was not in their system. Luckily, they took me in pretty quickly! However, the problem was not addressed. The second time I went in, I made an appointment again and showed Them a picture of the rock that I wiggled that was making air. They did not address the rock and told me that it’s not the point of which that’s leaking. That day, I drove 20 miles and my tire is still leaking air. They told me to call back after a few days and that this is typical? At this point, my tire is leaking more air than it was, which is why I will be getting new tires at a different business. I’m not someone that likes to leave a bad review, however, my neighbor also experienced the same thing at this specific store and location. Friendly staff, though!

  Repeat Customer. Great service once again, start to finish. Colleen the service Rep was absolutely wonderful and JJ the technician performed perfectly! So nice to finally have a "Go To" shop that I can trust. Thank you so much!

  These guys are honest. They found a screw in my tire that went in laterally into the threads. Instead of charging me for a plug and telling me they needed to do that and a patch, they took the time to take the tire off of the rim and show me the inside of the tire unscathed. They charged me nothing after putting it all back together again and having had spent about 25 minutes working on it.

  I made the appointment Monday night for Tuesday morning with my tire size selection. Work was done quickly and staff was very courteous and informative about additional services available. Not pushy, just letting me know for the future. Thanks!!
