The waiting room atmosphere was pleasant, nice chairs. I’ll absolutely refer friends and I myself will go back to Mavis Perkasie. Can’t believe there open 7 days a week.

I get my oil change and the moment my car starts the idle is jumping and acting weird. I assumed it correlated to the oil change but come days later my automatic car is stalling and turning off at lights. I assume the young man working on my car hit the airbox or cracked a hose trying to reach my oil filter and assumed it wouldn’t affect my air readings.. SO SHADY! horrible spot. take a whole video of your car if you even consider using their service. I would like this issue fixed immediately.

The moment I started my car after the service, the idle was noticeably off and the engine began stalling at stops — something it never did before. This happened immediately after they worked on it. i’m assuming the young man working on my car was under the influence. did not speak one word to me and acted very suspicious/ guilty after my service was done. I expected a basic oil change, not new problems with my car’s drivability. Very, very upset and thinking about taking further legal action. disappointed with the quality of the service and now I have to spend more time and money figuring out what they messed up. Definitely won’t be returning
