That statement alone was mind blowing to me considering the word "tire" is in there company name. Next day came back they put my tire on the wrong wheel and my check engine light is now on , my tire pressure light is on and my maintenance light is on as soon as I drove off their lot. horrible experience.

I was told they couldn’t remove my spare tire and that I would need to return the next day to wait for a “master mechanic.” I’m not sure how a tire shop is unable to remove a spare, which immediately made me question the competence of the service. I waited approximately three hours for what should have been a straightforward tire replacement. During that time, the mechanic working on my vehicle repeatedly stepped outside — at least 8–10 times — to use a vape device. Watching that happen while my car sat untouched for long stretches was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for the tire replacement, the tire was installed in the wrong position on my vehicle, and since leaving the shop my TPMS sensor light has remained on and flashes continuously now ,which was not an issue before my visit. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and careless. I would strongly advise customers to review their invoices carefully and inspect their vehicles before leaving.
