  Asking if w wipers were difficult to install on my vehicle, Devonte ( sales clerk ) exited from behind the counter and installed wipers for me . Thanks to him

  Devonte was a big help getting my headlights and windshield wiper replaced. He exhibited excellent customer service skills and was patient and considerate in helping me understand the replacement techniques. Kudos to Devonte!

  Frustrated - My husband and I shop at this store a lot my husband recently two weeks ago spent over $1000 on parts at this store. There were two items I needed to return that were simply like $50 -I have the original receipts. I knew ahead of time that because my husband couldn’t get off work in time to ever return it I was gonna have to return it for him and I didn’t have the original debit card that we purchased the item on so I called ahead of time and I’ve spoke to a manager of a different location and they told me that it would be no problem because it’s under $100. I would just have to have it override by a manager and just to go in and ask for the manager and they’ll help me out no problem and they’ll just override it and return it for cash so I do exactly that when I get to the store and two different people look at me like I have three heads they don’t even say anything they’re silent then they walk away. Take us to go get the manager. They’re gone for a couple minutes. They come back with the manager and he’s basically like yeah I can’t help you. I don’t have enough cash in my drawer. What? How is that even possible like your store you’re supposed to have cash so he’s like I mean I can’t help you but maybe you have your husband come back another time like tomorrow or the next day I’m like that’s the whole reason. I’m returning it. My husband can’t return it he’s at work so basically he didn’t help me. I wasted my time. I wasted my gas and now I’m leaving the store and I’m just gonna end up going to the store that I originally called which is out of my way and having them do it because this store apparently has zero customer service skills and no money. Why are they in business and open if they have no money in their drawer ?? Makes no sense I will say that the manager was not rude by any means, but he wasn’t helpful in the lease and it was just a huge inconvenience
