But yesterday I had the worst experience ever. When I arrived, I asked for a tire rotation along with my oil change. One of the employees looked confused, stayed silent for a minute, and then said that “they didn’t feel like doing it today because she was sick.” She even asked another coworker if he felt like doing tire rotations, and he replied that he didn’t feel like doing it either. I was shocked. If someone is sick, they should call off, or the store should temporarily close. But telling a customer you just “don’t feel like” providing a service you offer makes no sense. This was extremely unprofessional, and I will never come back. Terrible service.
