- NMnatasha mayerJan 6, 20261.0I felt unsafe here. I came here for an oil change and pulled into the lot where I did not see a door that had a Valvoline sign on it only a Fricke Park Automotive sign. I pulled to the side of the building to double check that the Valvoline I was trying to locate was not closed. Well double checking on my phone. A strange man approached my car and tapped on my window and asked me why I was on the side of the building. I then said I was looking for the Valvoline and he said it was right in front of me. I then said oh my mistake and asked for an oil change which he promptly denied? I then said oh OK that’s fine. I will leave when he got behind my car to “help me leave the parking lot“ and stood behind my vehicle. Do not go here if you are a young female

There were a few more cars behind me and they continued to service all of us! They were not rude or rushing when giving me my oil change! Great service!
