When declined, the rep said what if I get you down to $2100? So basically they are padding their quotes and revealed the questionable business practices and price gouging. Nice but hard Pass.

On the day of my appointment, I was contacted and told that no inspectors were there that day and that their call center is terrible at scheduling. I understood and allowed them to reschedule me for the next day. I dropped off my car the next day and was told it would be done in an hour. I arrived back after two hours, and my car had not been touched. I tried calling them on my way back to confirm that it was finished but I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. I understand that things can get busy, but I just expect better communication. I did not end up getting an inspection because I had other plans that evening and could not wait longer.

Had an apt for 3pm for a quick and easy inspection was told there were 2 people ahead of me. 2hours go by and im told he cant get to me today. A friend of the mechanics dropped his car off and the mechanic chose to do that car instead of me, knowing that i arrived first. Wouldn’t come here again if my car was on its last leg. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
