This was a highly annoying problem due entirely to Intoxalock and caused me to have to return to the service station the next day to retrieve the car. I sincerely hope there will be no more problems with this Intoxalock device. Should that happen, I will be expecting monetary compensation for leasing a defective device.

Installed over a month ago and they still haven't sent verification to DMV in Harrisburg. 4 phone calls, 10-20 minutes on hold, with the worst music/recorded message you could ever hear. When they finally answered, it's an overseas person who's first language is not English. Spare yourself the pain and wasted time and do not do business with intoxalock.
