  Do NOT attempt to rent a car from this location - they are incredibly unprofessional and have zero ability to make it up to their paying customers when THEY make mistakes. Where they should be offering reimbursements to customers, they are ignoring them and losing business. If a reservation is made a month in advance, it is not the customers fault that the company doesn't have a car for them - forcing the customer to go to another location last-minute as they are preparing to leave for a trip. Go anywhere else for your car rental needs! They'll screw you over and happily take your money with zero customer service or reimbursement.

  Do not rent from this location! They are unprepared and unprofessional. When I came to pick up my rental car, they informed me that they did not have the car that I had reserved. Why was I not made aware of this before the scheduled pick up day? I was forced to go to a different location and accept a smaller vehicle. I had made my reservation a month in advance of my scheduled pick up day. Customer services has been completely unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and utilize a different rental car service.

  I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. Prior to arriving, I called Enterprise to confirm whether a temporary driver’s license would be accepted, as I have not yet received my physical card. I was explicitly assured that it would be accepted, and the representative even used my temporary license number and personal details to create the reservation for me. Based on that confirmation, I traveled to the Paoli location to pick up the car, spending over $30 on cab fare. Upon arrival, I was told by the staff that temporary licenses are NOT accepted and that a physical license is mandatory. As a result, I was unable to rent the car. When I called Enterprise again to clarify, I was told that while Enterprise generally accepts temporary licenses, the final decision is left to the individual branch. However, there is no direct way to contact the branch in advance, which puts customers in an impossible situation. This lack of consistency and transparency caused me unnecessary expense, wasted time, and significant inconvenience. If acceptance of a temporary license is location-dependent, that information must be clearly communicated upfront, and customers should be given a way to confirm directly with the branch before traveling. I expected better coordination and customer care from a company of this size. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

  The staff are great but the cars need better cleaning and smell control i don't smoke marijuana but definitely got a contact high from the stench

  Amazing service under tough weather conditions and Christmas. The staff was ultra efficient!
